You are likely receiving many emails and other communication regarding how you can protect yourself from the risk associated with COVID-19.
We believe it’s essential to communicate with you the steps we are taking to mitigate risk and ways to protect our customers health..
There is no higher priority to the MIP family than the safety of our employees and customers, and we want to be proactive in addressing the concerns of the CoronaVirus (COVID-19).
We are monitoring and adapting our processes to deliver the highest quality products and services in the safest way possible.
“Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported?” The World Health Organization states "Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low."
- “Are there any planned closures?” At this time, the risk to our community is low, and there is no planned closure. We are currently implementing contingency plans to help us continue to operate and limit any impact on youu – all while keeping safety at the forefront.
- “Do you foresee any supply issues?” We are well stocked and do not foresee a supply chain issue at this time.
